With over two decades of experience in multinational corporations, I’ve built a career rooted in strategic leadership, commercial insight, and operational excellence. I spent 12 years at Vodafone and 3 years at Colgate-Palmolive, where I held senior roles that exposed me to diverse markets, dynamic teams, and complex business environments. In addition to these, I’ve contributed to several other organizations, always bringing a results-oriented mindset and a strong focus on value creation.
A significant part of my journey has been in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions, where I’ve successfully led and been actively involved in four end-to-end M&A processes. From opportunity assessment and due diligence to negotiation, integration, and execution, I’ve worked closely with business owners, investors, and corporate teams to drive transactions that deliver real strategic impact.
My mission now is to leverage this experience to help businesses navigate the M&A landscape with clarity, confidence, and innovation—unlocking growth and long-term value in every deal.

Radu PRISĂCARU
With more than three decades of entrepreneurial experience in Romania and nearly a decade of business activity in the United Kingdom, I have built a career at the intersection of business, public administration, and education.
I served as Prefect of Iași County, representing the Romanian Government at local level, where I led an institution of 125 employees and coordinated over 25 decentralized public services. Prior to that, I was a Municipal Councilor in Iași for six years, actively involved in shaping local policies and supporting community development. My journey also includes 10 years in politics, providing me with deep insight into the dynamics of decision-making and the ways public institutions interact with private enterprises.
I have also shared my knowledge as a lecturer at Petre Andrei University of Iași and as a TV host of business programs for six years, where I analyzed market trends and promoted entrepreneurial growth.
This unique blend of governance, entrepreneurship, and education has shaped my mission: to bridge the gap between the business community and public administration—both local and central—making investment processes in Romania more transparent, efficient, and successful.
